Villa Aspen is located in the picturesque recreation area of Demänovská Dolina, in close proximity to the ski resort, forest and mountains. We specialize in larger groups from 10 to 20 people, with a total capacity of up to 50 guests. We are therefore an ideal place to organize teambuildings, family celebrations or other group events.

We offer our accommodation as separate spacious apartments, but if companies, families or larger groups are interested, we can also arrange for the rental of the entire building.

Easy access to the slopes
The cable car stations Biela Púť, Jasná-Luková and Otupné-Brhliská are 100 meters away. From them you can transfer to all other cable cars and ski from the top of Chopok on all slopes on the north and south sides. From the valley station of the Jasná-Luková cable car, a ski trail leads directly to the guesthouse.

Our Villa offers comfortable accommodation in four separate apartments, providing privacy and comfort for groups of various sizes. Each apartment is fully equipped, with its own kitchen and living area, ideal for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The largest of the apartments has a capacity of up to 20 people, making it a perfect choice for larger groups of friends, family or colleagues.
